IPTV Smarters Pro is a trademark of its owner. We are an independent IPTV provider and are not affiliated with IPTV Smarters.

2. Information we collect

We only collect information you give us or that we need to provide the service:

• Contact details: your name, email address and WhatsApp number when you message us, request a free trial or buy a plan.
• Order details: the plan you choose, the number of devices, your device type and your payment reference.
• Login details: the IPTV username and password we create for you.
• Messages: what you send us on WhatsApp, by email or through our forms.
• Basic technical data: your IP address and connection logs used to keep the service working and prevent misuse.

We do not ask for or store your full card or bank account numbers. Payments are handled by the payment provider you choose.

3. How we use your information

• To create, deliver and renew your subscription and free trial.
• To answer your questions and help you set up your devices.
• To confirm payments and handle refund requests.
• To protect the service, for example to stop a login being shared on more devices than the plan allows.
• To meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing messages unless you ask us to.

4. Legal basis

We use your information because it is needed to provide the service you asked for (contract), to keep the service secure (legitimate interests) and, where required, to meet legal obligations. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

5. Who we share it with

We only share information with services we need to run the business:

• Payment providers, such as Revolut, banks, crypto payment services or PayPal, to process your payment.
• WhatsApp and our email provider, to communicate with you.
• Our hosting and server providers, to run the website and the IPTV service.

We may also share information when the law requires it.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your details while your subscription is active and for a reasonable time after it ends, so we can help with renewals, refunds and questions. Payment records are kept for as long as accounting rules require. You can ask us to delete your details at any time, see "Your rights" below.

7. Cookies

Our website uses only the cookies it needs to work, such as remembering your choices. If we add analytics cookies, we will ask for your consent first where required.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct or delete it.
• Object to or restrict how we use it.
• Receive a copy of it in a common format.
• Withdraw consent you have given.

9. Keeping your data safe

We use secure, access-controlled systems and limit who can see customer information. No system is completely secure, so please keep your IPTV login private and do not share it.

Our service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
